These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the provision of roofing services by Lock Roofing Contractors Ltd. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey. Any additional work identified during the project will be quoted separately before proceeding.

Payment

Payment terms are as stated on your written quotation. We reserve the right to require a deposit before commencing work on projects above a specified value. All invoices are due within 14 days of completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Guarantee

Our workmanship guarantee is as stated in your written quotation. The guarantee covers defects in workmanship and is subject to the property being maintained in good order. It does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, structural movement, or third-party interference.

Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability and employer's liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract in question. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
